Judith & Menelaos

From the not-so-distant Netherlands, Judith and Menelaos chose Kythera so they could connect with the island in as many ways as possible. Three days of celebration and love spread across the island. A pre-wedding party on Chalkos beach with traditional dance lessons for the couple's dear friends, who had travelled from afar to celebrate with them. On the wedding day, three different locations came together like pieces of a wonderful celebration puzzle. An idyllic ceremony at the Windmill in Mitata, with the imposing windmill as a backdrop, and a cake, pasta mylou, which is the couple's favorite local dessert. Next, the ever-summery Skandeia in Palaiopoli, for a dinner full of flavours and emotional wishes from friends and family. A spectacular finale at the little harbour of Avlemonas with a wild party to the sounds of a DJ and the Wedding Singers, drinks from a van bar and treats from an ice-cream cart. The three-day celebration closed with an after-wedding brunch on Diakofti beach, for the most complete experience that only Kythera can offer to those who choose to invest their love in it.
