This website (imagivent.gr) is operated by Imagivent ("we", "us"). It is a showcase and content website that collects very little personal data.

What we collect

• Contact / quote form. When you submit the form, we receive the name, email address, phone number and message you provide. We use this information solely to respond to your enquiry. Submissions are delivered to us by email and are not stored in any database on this website.
• Server logs. Our hosting provider automatically processes standard technical information (such as your IP address and browser type) in order to operate and secure the site.

We do not use analytics, advertising, tracking pixels, social-media trackers, user accounts or comments. Our fonts are self-hosted, so viewing the site does not send requests to third-party font services.

Legal basis (GDPR)

We process contact-form data on the basis of your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry. Server logs are processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating a secure website.

Who we share it with

We use trusted service providers who act as our processors:

• Resend — delivers our contact-form emails.
• Vercel — hosts this website.

We do not sell your personal data or share it for advertising.

How long we keep it

We keep contact enquiries only as long as needed to handle your request, after which they are deleted.

Your rights
