For this couple from the United Kingdom, a wedding on Kythera was a lifelong dream. The ceremony took place at El Sol, with Chytra and the Castle of Chora as a backdrop, in an idyllic landscape set to the fairy-like voice of Marianna. For the wedding dinner and celebration they chose Zeidoros in Kapsali, where the couple had a surprise in store for their guests: a romantic choreography for the two of them in the venue's little open-air theatre. At both venues the decor moved in earthy, romantic tones of white and soft pink flowers, with gypsophila and subtle green leaves of eucalyptus and olive. The flavours, sweets and treats of the evening fully captured the local character of Kythera, as a thank-you to the island that hosted their love.
